Lizard island is located 1,624 km Northwest of Brisbane. The island is a National Park and covers 1,013 hectares.
In that space, Lizard Island manages to fit in 24, pristine, white sand beaches, and a lagoon.
The island is also right off the Great Barrier Reef, allowing visitors to explore the reef right from their doorstep.

The flagship accommodation is, “The Villa.” The villa a secluded detached house atop a ridge with spectacular views of Sunset Beach and the Coral Sea.

Private dining, with your own personal private chef and wait staff is also available at an added cost in the Villa, should you desire it.
“The Pavilion,” is a beautiful space in which to spend a holiday. It is positioned on the point of Sunset Bay, high above the Coral Sea, and offers 270 degree views of Anchor Bay, Osprey Island, and Sunset Beach.
The Pavilion comes with a large deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a plunge pool, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning sea views.
Like the larger Villa, The Pavilion comes with smart LCD televisions, Apple docking stations, premium sound systems, and sunset champagne and canapés served in their room daily. The room comes with a king-sized bed with additional roll away bedding if needed.
Located in a sweeping arc along Anchor Bay, the Anchor Bay Suites offer each suite a fantastic view of the water as well as a private walkway down to the beach.
Each suite has its own large verandah complete with a large daybed, perfect for lounging.
Each suite comes with premium in room sound, LCD smart televisions, and Apple docking stations.
They also have a king sized bed, with Anchor Bay Twin Suites also available with two king beds.

Reef
The Sunset Point Villas are located high on Sunset Bay.
As with all accommodation on Lizard Island, they offer unobstructed views over Anchor Bay or Sunset Beach and have direct access to multiple secluded beaches.
Each villa has its own private deck located just steps from the beach. This private outdoor space is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view and the fantastic weather.
Select Sunset Point Villas also have their own private plunge pool. Each villa comes with a king bed and accommodates 2 people.
Beach View Suites are located in a tropical garden setting with quick access to the Anchor Bay Beach. Each suite has the same electronic entertainment options as the other accommodations at the resort, as well as a king-sized bed and a double sofa bed.
Beach View Rooms are located with easy access to Anchor Bay. Smaller than the Beach View Suites, the rooms come with the same electronic entertainment options, a private balcony located in a lush, tropical garden setting, and a king-sized bed or two king single beds.

How to Get There
Lizard Island can only be accessed by charter plane from Cairns airport. Cairns airport can be reached by any major city airport in Australia, as well as from select locations in Asia.
